Those Are Christmas Cookies?

I finally gave in and helped the girls make cut out sugar cookies. I wanted just plain circles but they just HAD to do Christmas shapes. I took a picture to let you all see how crafty I really am. The girls had to be pink and purple frosting, not red and green; and then they did shapes like an angel, gingerbread boy, santa face, stocking, sleigh, snowman, tree and I think there is a cow in there too. I tell you these things because I guarantee you can't see those shapes from our professional frosting abilities. And of course, about half way through, they left me while they played out in the snow. I had to finish the rest and rest assured, they still didn't look any better without their help. Just remember to not call me if you need help frosting cookies.

That sounds like me. I can make really good cookies, but I can't frost them, so they just look nasty. I get the frosting all over my shirt, pants, hands.... oh well. I suggest sprinkles. It covers the frosting job well..... :)
