So me and a friend from work went to the Katy Perry concert Tuesday in SLC. We had backstage all-access passes, sound check entrance, interview with the opening band, the Daylights, and attended the after show party as well. AMAZING! I fell in love with the opening band. Sort of Coldplay, meets Kings of Leon. Anyway, they were sweet, funny guys. We went back to their hotel after the show and hung out with them and Katy's band. Also Katy's sister was there too and we talked and got pictures with all of them. So this is my new favorite band right now. They have a myspace and facebook page so check them out.

Dave told me you guys went, but he didn't tell me it was to see Katy Perry. I love her voice. Why wasn't I invited?? :)
